We stand in for you to handle traveler emergencies outside your business hours. During emergencies, when looking for a flight, a hotel or rental car, or searching after lost baggage, our TIAS BTM after-hours team provide one-stop emergency support when we receive a phone call, increasing the satisfaction of your important customers without giving them the runaround.

We possess exceptional GDS skills.
We can provide support according to your company's GDS.
All our operators are experts in Amadeus, Infini, Sabre, and Galileo. We can search and modify reservations made via your own GDS if configured in advance.
FEATURE 03
We can give your company name
when answering calls.
You can establish a dedicated phone line known only by customers you handle, allowing us to use your company name when answering the calls. We can also customize support according to your company’s business hours and days, so please feel free to ask.

* A one time phone line setup fee of 48,000 Yen is required to set up a dedicated line.
* The report is a document that reports the content of a call received to your company. The number of these reports is the basis for the metered fee, and the number of reports depends on the number of calls.

All operations are carried out exclusively in our operations room in Tokyo under the strictest security. Our operations room is subject to the strictest possible access controls, complete with vein authentication as an anti-passback (APB) measure. Furthermore, your customer data is kept on a server locked in a server room with no Internet connection to prevent unauthorized access from the outside, and the strictest security measures in procedures are in place, such as preventing workers from bringing smartphones into the operations room. We protect your important customer data by ensuring the strictest possible security.
